DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO DO BOOT CAMP?
Of course not, that's why you are coming to us. On day one of the course we put all recruits through a Basic Fitness Assessment, allowing us to cater for each and every recruits fitness level.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO YOUR BOOT CAMP SESSIONS?
You will need to wear comfortable workout gear with appropriate shoes you can run in. Also bring a full water bottle and a small towel for afterwards. You will be issued with a Boot Camp T-shirt on your first day, which will need to be worn each session.

I have been doing the circuit training and its my absolute favorite!!!
I get bored really easily and dont like the normal gym stuff. I hated the cardio machines at the gym I was going to. Donna-Marie and Erick showed me I can do Twenty different exercises and hit all my body part, lose weight and burn a tone of calories with out sitting on the treadmill for an hour I said "WHERE DO I SIGN UP!!!!"
I have been doing them now for a few months still excited and enjoying them and the weight is coming off, I am so happy here at Fuse I may never leave.
