Pilates mat classes focus on posture, strength, flexibility and breathing. Learn in a fun environment with personalised classes.
Pilates Classes are available:
(Bookings are Essential)
- Thursday - 6pm (NEW) - start September 9th
- Saturday - 10am (NEW) - starts September 11th
SPECIAL - 5 week blocks are only $50, 10 week blocks are only $100
- that's only $10 per class..
Plus... there are no joining or memebrship fees
- you just pay for the class.....awesome!
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING TO CLASS
Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can exercise in and clean, fresh socks.
Bring a Drink/water bottle and work out towel, You may wish to bring your own mat but we do have some mats available.
