Boxing for Fitness
Our Boxing for Fitness classes are a controlled and safe environment, regardless of age, gender or experience.
This is a non contact exercise, where we use focus pads and use other boxing equipment to get fit whilst incorporating the basic principles of boxing training.
Benefits include weight loss, muscle tone, muscular strength, endurance, stress relief as well as increased cardiovascular fitness & self confidence.
Our classes are constantly varied to avoid boredom and to assist in motivation.
Classes are kept small so you get the most out of the class and your qualified instructor. All Fuse Instructors have done their training through Thump Australia.
Boxing for Fitness Classes are available;

Only $12.50 per class,
That's 4 weeks for only $50
or 8 weeks for only $100
(based on 1 class per week)
